The British Film Institute (BFI) is a historic cultural institution with a rich legacy in the UK. This rebranding project seeks to balance modernity with timelessness, honoring BFI’s heritage while reflecting its evolution into a dynamic archive of cinema. The stationery system features black as its primary color, symbolizing inclusivity and diversity at the heart of the brand. Inspired by the form of film projection, the new logo brings a contemporary yet classic identity to the Institute.
